A Fun Treat at MUJI: Customizing Our Soft Serve Ice Cream

We couldn’t resist checking out MUJI's new soft serve ice cream station at their Plaza Singapura outlet, and it’s definitely a fun experience. The station has four flavors to choose from: Matcha, Chocolate, Grape, and White Peach. At just $3.90 per serving, it's an affordable and delicious treat, especially when we’re in the mood for something light yet indulgent.

What’s cool about it is the self-service setup. After selecting our flavor at the machine, we head over to the cashier to pay. Then, we’re handed a capsule, which we pop into the machine to dispense our soft serve. It’s a little interactive, and we had a good time customizing our ice cream.

The flavors are a nice mix, with the White Peach being our top pick. It’s sweet, refreshing, and even comes with chewy bits of peach. The Chocolate flavor was rich but not too heavy, while the Matcha flavor had a subtle sweetness that balanced out the earthy notes of green tea. The Grape soft serve was fruity and tangy, perfect for anyone craving something more refreshing.

MUJI’s soft serve station adds a fun twist to their usual minimalist charm, and we’re already planning our next visit to try the flavors again (and maybe a few more!). It's a great spot for a quick and satisfying dessert when we're out and about.
