There are really many five-star hotels in Singapore, and choosing one is always a headache. This time, I stayed at this hotel recommended by local netizens. It’s very, very new, the location is great, and I couldn’t find any flaws in any aspect.
The hotel is not far from Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay. We walked to these spots for check-ins, but you can also take the bus 🚌 or MRT. It’s a 4-5 minute walk to the MRT station. Nearby, there’s also the GO Shopping Center, museums, and cultural districts, so eating, drinking, and entertainment 🛍 can all be done in one stop.
I was amazed as soon as I entered the lobby. The design leans American style, with very stylish elevators and stairs, perfect for taking photos.
The room layout is great, not cramped for two people, with plenty of charging outlets (including wireless charging), minibar, iron, and a fully equipped TV. They even provided five flavors of TWG tea.
The breakfast tastes good, but the Chinese options are a bit limited. There’s a dessert shop on the first floor, and the desserts 🍰 are very good—not overly sweet and not greasy at all.
There are two bars: The House Bar has a Japanese style, with the paintings at the entrance and on the walls blending seamlessly, very unique design, but fewer seats, suitable for chatting with friends 🥂; the other one is Manhattan style, leaning American, ranked among Asia’s top 50, with a lively atmosphere. Both have their own characteristics and are highly recommended!!
