Pros ✅
- The accommodation is very close to Mrt Farrer Park (Exit G), just a few steps to the hotel / close to bus stops / City Square Mall / Mustafa Mall
- The room is new and clean, the pillows and mattress are very soft, very comfortable sleep as if being soul-sucked
- There are many power outlets in the room, gadget lovers will love this
- The bathroom is divided into 2 rooms: wet zone (strong water flow) / dry zone (with bidet)
- The air conditioning in the room is very cold and refreshing ❄️
- There is a common area for relaxing, working, and doing workshops
- The staff are very friendly, speak English well, and are easy to understand

Cons ❌
- The accommodation does not provide breakfast, but you can walk to City Square Mall (Traditional Kaya Toast at Toast Box is very good)
- The room is not cleaned daily (cleaned every 3 days)
- No refrigerator and no wardrobe
