A good day out in Cheltenham

Cheltenham town, England.
We visited Cheltenham in Gloucestershire for a day’s outing.
A pleasant town with many old buildings from its Regency past. We particularly liked the Pittville Pump Room, which is a remnant from Cheltenham’s past as a Spa town.
Here we walked around the well kept grounds and visited the Pittville Boathouse cafe for tea, coffee and ice creams. A very pleasant stop right next to the water’s edge of the boating lake.
After, we passed the Church of St. Gregory the Great and took photos of the town library too as it was a lovely looking building. In Devonshire Street we saw an incredible mural painted on a wall of owls by possibly a ‘Sophie Tuttle.’
All in all, a pleasant, easy place to visit, not too loud and with a lot of lovely, well maintained old buildings.
