If you want to visit as a memento of your trip to Singapore but are worried about the cost of staying there... here’s great news!

There is actually a way to get to the observation deck for free!
You can enjoy a panoramic view of Singapore and create lasting travel memories, so be sure to check it out!

🌟 First, to go for free, you must be a Rakuten Diamond or Platinum member!

🌟 Register for the Sands Lifestyle Program as a free member in Japan!
By upgrading your status to Elite or Prestige (depending on your Rakuten rank) from the status at the time of free registration, you will receive benefits such as tickets to the observation deck as part of the upgraded status perks!

Steps:
① Go to the Sands Lifestyle Counter on the 1st floor of Tower 1 at Marina Bay Sands!

② Log in to the Sands Lifestyle Program where you registered for free in Japan and show the membership screen

Show the Rakuten membership screen that shows your stage

③ Tell them in English that you want to upgrade!

④ They will verify your passport and the phone number you entered when registering for the Sands Lifestyle Program via LINE, take a photo, and issue a Sands Lifestyle card with your upgraded status.

⑤ After the card is issued, log in again to the Sands Lifestyle member page and check if the upgrade is complete.

⑥ If the upgrade is done, make a reservation for Sands SkyPark from the member page!
(I booked a slot 3 hours later on the same day because it was available, but if you have a specific date and time in mind, I recommend upgrading on the first day of your trip and booking early!)

⑦ Move to the reception for SkyPark on the 1st floor of Tower 3 at Marina Bay Sands, show the ticket issued at the time of reservation at the reception, and you’re done!

⚠️ This campaign is valid until February 28, 2027.

The upgrade itself takes about 5 to 10 minutes!
