🍲 COCA, Suntec City — Thai-Chinese Hotpot with a Kick

We had dinner at COCA in Suntec City, and it was one of those comforting, satisfying meals where you leave feeling just the right kind of full. The restaurant blends Thai and Chinese hotpot styles, and you can really taste that extra depth of flavor in the broth and sauces.
We chose the dual soup base—clear chicken and the spicy tom yum—and both were fantastic in their own way. The tom yum was bold, fragrant, and packed with lemongrass heat, while the chicken broth was clean and mellow, perfect for balancing out all the spice.
The ingredients were fresh—thinly sliced beef, marinated chicken, fish paste, tofu, mushrooms, and loads of veggies. We also had some signature handmade dumplings that held together beautifully in the soup and had a nice bite.
And let’s talk about their dipping sauces—you can mix your own at the station, and the Thai chilli combo with garlic, lime, and coriander added such a nice punch to everything. Honestly, I went back for refills just for the sauce.
The vibe inside was relaxed, great for both small groups and families. Service was friendly and helpful—they explained the broth options and offered to top up the soup without us having to ask.
If you like hotpot with a bit of spice, good quality ingredients, and a modern twist on tradition, COCA at Suntec City delivers a super solid experience without the fuss.
