"A Michelin-Starred Hawker Legend – Liao Fan Hawker Chan"

Trying Liao Fan Hawker Chan in Chinatown was another item on my bucket list. It's the world's first hawker to receive a Michelin star. My order was the Soy Sauce Chicken Rice, which was served simply, but the aroma was immediate. The rich soy sauce flavor permeated the tender chicken. Paired with hot rice, it was an incredible combination.

The restaurant's atmosphere was simple, not as luxurious as typical Michelin-starred restaurants, but it was always packed with people queuing up to try the food. It felt like experiencing traditional craftsmanship at a reasonable price. When I visited between 2 and 3 p.m., there were still customers.

It truly deserves to be one of Singapore's must-try street food legends. 🇸🇬✨
