Changi Airport offers easy access to the city, allowing you to enjoy sightseeing even for just a few hours! The airport itself is well-equipped, so it's a waste to just spend your time there while you're waiting. 😵

Here, I'll introduce some tourist spots you can stop by during your transit and how I spend my time at the airport!

① Marina Bay Sands Area

This area is arguably the highlight of Singapore tourism. It's easily accessible from the airport, about 30 minutes by MRT or taxi, making it an efficient way to spend a short time. 😍
• Merlion Statue: When you think of Singapore, you think of the Merlion!
• Gardens by the Bay: The futuristic "Supertrees" and giant greenhouse domes are a sight to behold. There's also a light and sound show at night.
• Marina Bay Sands: The view from the rooftop observation deck is a must-see. Enjoy the completely different scenery during the day and at night!

This exotic area is captivating with its colorful and energetic streets!
• Sri Veeramakaliamman Temple: A Hindu temple lined with vibrant carvings.
• Indian Market: Unique products like spices, fabrics, and miscellaneous goods are on display.
• Authentic Indian Cuisine: Popular items include curry served on banana leaves and South Indian cuisine.

I felt so much like I was in India that I wondered if I was really in Singapore! 😆 It felt like a mini trip to India!

A classic area where you can enjoy both history and cuisine.
• Historical buildings such as the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Sri Mariamman Temple line the streets.
• Chinatown Food Street: Enjoy classic Singaporean delicacies like Hainanese chicken rice and laksa.
• There are also many souvenir shops, making it convenient for a quick stroll and shopping. 🙆🏻♀️

4. What to Do at the Airport (Changi Airport)

Changi Airport, one of the world's largest airports, is a tourist spot in itself! You can also enjoy it after sightseeing and returning.
