Claude Hotel Singapore

It's not easy for solo travelers, especially female solo travelers to decide where to stay in a new country. Singapore, of course, is one on the lists. In my opinion, it's not easy to decide where to stay in Singapore because everything is expensive and the room space is mostly too small and cramp.
I was trying my best to give myself a good stay while traveling. I was once in a dilemma since the hotel prices weren't cheap, but I didn't want to stay in a hostel either. Moreover, I was aiming for a quieter location and I fell in love with Chinatown area. But once again, everything was either pricy or I didn't want to stay due to the hotel vibes and design didn't suit to my preference.
You can call me a picky one, but yeah I also prefer a newly built/refurbished hotel to stay. I was really happy to find what I actually needed: Claude Hotel. This hotel is located in Chinatown area (Teck Lim Rd) and a newly refurbished hotel. The hotel isn't big, but good enough to support my stay in Singapore. In my opinion, their price is the cheapest among others.
I was lucky enough to get complimentary upgrade from the staff and I really love my stay here! The room has a vibes that will support you to a good rest. However, I really wish the pillow would be more comfortable. It was too soft so somehow my neck was sore. But I didn't have any complaints other than the pillows.
The room itself isn't big. It is still small and feel cramped, but I think this is the issue that you will face during your stay anywhere in Singapore. This upgraded room should be able for 2 people but it will be really cramped. However, if you are going solo, then I think this selection is perfect!
The hotel actually provides everything that you need. You can get free laundry and full amenities with high-end brands. Plus, all the staffs here were so kind and full of smile. If you are going solo to Singapore, you may consider this hotel for your stay 🥰
