Even though the Colony restaurant in Ritz-Carlton Hotel is mostly known for its epic buffet spreads, they also do have artisanal desserts in the form of chocolate truffles and petite cakes. Especially in the afternoon, the ambience is quite beautiful as the restaurant space is lit the natural rays of light from above. It is one of the nicer places to relax at in the afternoon with a group of friends to bond over delicious desserts.
