[Singapore] The shining Merlion celebrates its 50th birthday

To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the installation of the Merlion at Singapore's Merlion Park, the Merlion will be lit up with projection mapping in a different color than its usual white from 6pm every day for one month from September 15, 2022 as part of the commemorative events.

In addition, various events are being held secretly, such as an experience event where you can download an app and find the six official Merlions on the island of Singapore.

I was glad that the timing worked out when I happened to go on a trip in September 2022.
