Exploring Siwa Oasis felt like traveling back in time.
The first stop was **Shali Fortress**, a relic of an ancient city built with mud bricks. The view of Siwa through the gaps in the crumbling walls was truly impressive.
Climbing to the top of the fortress revealed a breathtaking panorama where the desert and oasis blend harmoniously. At sunset, the scenery turned golden, making it even more stunning.
Throughout the city, there are traditional markets, small mosques, and local cafes scattered around, allowing visitors to fully immerse themselves in the local atmosphere while strolling. The people were friendly, and the city was quiet, making it easy to peacefully appreciate the historical sites.
It was a day to truly experience the charm of a tranquil desert town, so different from Egypt's bustling metropolises.

If you visit Siwa, take your time to walk around. This city feels like time flows more slowly here.
