Presidential Palace – Grassalkovich Palace

Located in Bratislava's new town, the Presidential Palace (Grasalkovich Palace) is a beautiful Baroque building that serves as the official residence of the Slovak President. Its elegant white exterior walls and manicured gardens exude a sense of European sophistication. ✨ While the interior of the building is closed to the public, even the view from the square in front of it was captivating.

When I visited, the garden was open to the public, and it was impressive to see how much it has become a popular place for locals to relax. Sitting on a bench surrounded by flowers, you can forget the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌸 There's also a fountain in front, creating a cool, refreshing atmosphere perfect for a stroll in the summer.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the center of the old town. It's also close to the nearest tram stop, making it very convenient. 🚋

💡Travel Tip: For an even more special experience, try timing your visit to see the flag-raising or changing of the guard ceremony. The night illumination is also recommended 🌙
