The exterior of this museum, built in the early 1900s, is a gorgeous European-style building influenced by Japan and Russia, and the museum building itself has become a tourist attraction and photo spot.
The main building seems to have been used as a government office, and the large plaza in front of the museum is a great place for families with children to run around and play.
The inside of the building also starts with the gorgeous central staircase, and the tour of the museum begins.
