📍Sokcho Jar Mulhoe

The refreshing, sweet and sour broth of the mulhoe (raw fish) immediately awakened my palate, and the chewy texture of the raw fish crunched in my mouth was wonderful.
The ice cubes floating in the broth felt like they washed away even my summer fatigue. ❄️

The seopguk (seaweed soup) I ordered alongside was truly impressive, with its warm, sea-scented broth.
It was slightly spicy yet richly savory,
making it the perfect ending to a cold mulhoe meal. 🍲

How about a bowl of mulhoe overlooking the Sokcho sea?
