Wuyun Peak is located within the Huashan Scenic Area, south of Yuquan Road in Huayin City, Weinan City, Shaanxi Province. It sits atop Canglong Ridge and below Jinsuo Pass, forming a north-south peak. In late autumn, the pines and maples are green, the mountain flowers are dazzling, and under the sunlight, they resemble a multicolored cloud, hence the peak's name. Because it sits in the middle of the four main peaks (east, west, south, and north), it was also known as the Central Peak in ancient times.
