🤍Had an incredibly satisfying meal at Ramujin Songdo today. The lamb chops were rich with savory fat, full of juice and flavor, making them absolutely delicious. The French rack was exceptionally tender, melting in your mouth with every bite. The unique way of enjoying the meat and fat separately added a delightful twist to the experience. Wrapping garlic rice in seaweed and dipping it in soy sauce was a special treat, and the vegetables grilled alongside the meat—bean sprouts, cherry tomatoes, garlic, green onions, mushrooms—were the perfect complement, filling the gap between the rice and meat.
The staff personally grilled the meat at the table from start to finish, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The table setup is in a counter-style format, allowing you to fully appreciate the grilling process. While the price is on the higher side, the service and overall experience make it worth every penny.
