My best Ritz Carlton stay

Just had my best Ritz Carlton stay ever ❤️

Was initially a little apprehensive about this property which gives all guests club access - wondered if the experience will be diluted 🤔

Turns out I had nothing to worry about 🎉

Starting on the right foot with a suite upgrade without using a SNA, the property and its ladies and gentleman blew me away with the excellent hardware and stellar team. ✅

What makes a great property is when great service is not staff-dependent like so many other places I’ve been. This stay, every single staff was warm, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. Personalized service complete with efficiency to match, as well as constant elite recognition and thoughtful gestures where they made sure you know you are well looked after. This Ritz is how service standards across all Ritz should be like 🔥

Food and drink quality in the club lounge was fantabulous and they certainly made sure guests don’t go hungry. A wonderful sparkling brut and quality bespoke cocktails during weekends are not to be missed 💙

The only disappointment is how they give the infamous pirated Asprey Purple Water toiletries by default - but of course they switched out mine for the real deal upon request. But why do so in the first place? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Special shout-out to these hospitality gems: Vinda, Matthew, Kimberly, Felix from the Club Lounge (also Raveena,Azzahra, Sharfina, Olive, Karina, Jane, Tata). And lastly, Dwi from the Spa. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR 🎊
