THIS SECOND EDITION OF MONDAY MORNING COFFEE FOCUSES MORE ON MANUAL BREW

This second edition of Monday Morning Coffee focuses more on manual brew, so if you're into filter coffee, this place is worth a visit. They also have coffee mocktails unique to this branch, like the Septemberzz (30k), which as far as I remember, includes espresso, kombucha, and tepache. It's refreshingly balanced without being too strong on the kombucha side.

If you come here, you'll be tempted by their unique selection of beans both local and international. When I visited recently. I had it brewed in a V60, and it was incredibly smooth and clean, with no bitter or acidic aftertaste absolutely loved it.

Then, I ordered the special edition Semendo Ultrasonic for its berry and rose notes, asking for it in Japanese ice drip. It had a pleasant berry acidity, not too acidic or bitter.

I'm glad there's a coffee shop like this around. I used to live nearby in Pesanggrahan, and if I were still there, I'd probably be a regular here, especially with their intriguing selection of beans. They also roast their own beans, although I forgot the name perhaps you can ask one of the friendly baristas. They're great to chat with, making the whole coffee experience here very enjoyable.
