When you enter the store, the staff will check if you are an Amorepacific member, but you can also register on the spot. This is how you receive your samples. The store has a simple and clear industrial design, making it perfect for visiting with friends and taking photos. First, there is a cleansing area, where you can remove your makeup first to experience from skincare to makeup. After that, there are skincare products of all brands of Amorepacific. There is a QR code on the back of each product, which you can scan to check the price. Next, there is a makeup area with eye shadow and lip.

Take a small basket, put the products you want to try, and feel free to experience it in the makeup area. You will not be followed by staff, so you can try the products freely. There is also a Dyson hair dryer in the makeup area, and you can style your hair. You can also book makeup artist services on the website, but they are currently suspended due to COVID-19. After the experience, you can use the coupon to choose 5 samples in the sample area and take them home.
