The Bay of Fires was one of the most surreal coastal landscapes I’ve seen. The beaches are pure white, the water crystal-clear, and the giant boulders covered in bright orange lichen—it’s like an art installation by nature. I explored quiet coves, took a dip in the sea, and enjoyed a picnic with a sea breeze. It’s peaceful, uncrowded, and so photogenic. If you're road-tripping the east coast of Tasmania in summer, this stop is essential.
