St Ives - Cornwall

St Ives is a picturesque seaside town with some beautiful beaches and harbour.

Here you can visit the Tate St Ives Art Gallery overlooking Porthmeor beach 🖼️

The town has old cobbled streets full of independent shops for gifts, art, jewellery, clothing. There’s also a lot of great cafes/restaurants. ☕️ 🥧

If you like surfing/outdoors there’s plenty of shops for apparel too. 🏄♂️

Warning ⚠️ It can get very busy in peak times during summer, I wouldn’t recommend driving into the town centre, the roads are very narrow and crowded.

Instead you can do what I did and take the park & ride. Park in St Erth train station then take the 12 minute train to St Ives, you can also stop at Carbis Bay which is a great beach too.
