The pilgrimage church of Heiligkreuz auf Ritzlar, also known as the Latzfonser Kreuz pilgrimage church (Chiesetta Santa Croce di Lazfons), is located in South Tyrol, Italy. Situated at 2,305 meters above sea level in the Sarntal Alps, it is considered the highest pilgrimage site in Europe. The church is situated on the Latzfonser Kreuz mountain peak, south of the Kassianspitze peak. It is primarily a hiking and pilgrimage destination accessed via the oldest pilgrimage trail in South Tyrol.
