New Japanese sweet shop opens in the heart of Thonglor

🎌dessert de HIKARI, a newly opened Japanese dessert shop in the heart of Thonglor, has a chic omakase bar feel with only 6 seats. The chef will make the desserts fresh in front of you. Signature parfait menus, which have 4 menus: "First Love" (Strawberry Parfait), "RIN" (Matcha Parfait), "Melting Kiss" (Chocolate Parfait) and "Hikari" (Omakase Parfait)

The desserts are made by a Japanese chef with over 30 years of experience from 5-star hotels, making them fresh to eat.

Today, Aoi tried the Matcha Parfait RIN 780.-
Matcha parfait with dried oranges and roasted dragon fruit. Add a Japanese touch with red bean mochi and white miso ice cream, contrasting with matcha mont blanc cream and smooth vanilla ice cream. Add freshness with fresh Japanese oranges and orange sorbet. Add texture with crispy rice, strawberry cheese cream and soybean panna cotta with almonds. Ending with Matcha Jelly (Yokang)

Chocolate Parfait Melting Kiss 690.- Luxurious chocolate parfait with many textures, starting with sweet and sour orange jam contrasting with rich dark chocolate, fresh pear adds freshness, served with soft chocolate ice cream, alternating layers with almond sponge cake, caramel cream and chocolate mousse, ending with pear sorbet, crunchy corn flakes and sweet strawberry sauce
