Yamagoya ramen is something I crave regularly. There is also one in Pakuwon Mall, but today I came to Tunjungan Plaza Mall. Locals call this mall TP (Tee-Pee).
Yamagoya Ramen came from Chikuho in Fukuoka Prefecture. The tonkotsu soup is delicious. On this day, the noodles were a bit soft, which was disappointing, but the consistently tasty soup and the perfectly soft-boiled egg were excellent.
Surabaya has many Japanese-style ramen shops, but I feel there are few opportunities to taste ramen like the ones in Japan.
That’s why Yamagoya is precious! It was busy with many customers.
