On a business visit to Surabaya a while back, I took a half day off to tour The House of Sampoerna in Surabaya, it is one of the top sights in Surabaya for its unique blend of culture, history, and craftsmanship.

This heritage site provides insight into Indonesia's rich clove industry, offering a fascinating journey through the art of hand-rolled clove products. Visitors can witness skilled artisans at work, explore a Dutch colonial-style building, and learn about the Sampoerna family's legacy.

Good experience and I can see why this cultural gem in Surabaya frequently ranks as one of the top attractions in this East Java city.
