If you can't go to Beijing to see the Forbidden City, then come and check in at the small Forbidden City in Suzhou. Huangluo Temple is right by the Yangcheng Lake. It has red walls and glazed tiles, as well as exquisite carvings. It is a temple in the Yangtze River Delta region that combines northern architectural styles. It was first built in the Tang Dynasty and was named "Huangluo Temple" by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty. It looks very much like the Forbidden City in Beijing and is also suitable for taking photos and checking in. - 📍Huangluo Temple in Yangcheng Lake Town, Xiangcheng District, Suzhou 🎫No tickets 🕘Opening hours: 06:00-18:00 🚗It is far from the downtown area of Suzhou, so it is recommended to drive by yourself. Free parking is available at the entrance of the temple. 🚌Get off at the "Huangluo Temple" stop on bus No. 865/866/87 🚌
