Solo Hike to Piaomiao Peak on Xishan Mountain, Taihu Lake - A Personal Experience

This is a family-friendly hiking trail.

There is ample parking near the starting point. It's not recommended to drive to Tengzhang Intersection as parking is limited there. Plus, you'd miss out on a beautiful countryside path, orange groves, and fragrant ancient trees.

The trail is relatively easy, with the only challenge being a long uphill section near Tengzhang Intersection. Once you reach the top and enter the pine forest, the path becomes flat and perfect for a leisurely stroll while enjoying the scenery.

Although the scenery mainly consists of tea plantations and pine forests, which may seem a bit monotonous, the moderate difficulty level makes it still worth exploring.
