Suzhou's hidden gem: Gongyuan

耦园ǒu yuán
.
This garden was built during the Qing dynasty, and the kanji for "pair" means "pair."
It was registered as a World Heritage Site in 1997.
.
I really wanted to go, so I stepped into the garden for the first time. The white walls, tiles, and stone paving were all designed in various ways, and the garden was full of interesting things to see, from the feet to the roof.
.
The person I went with said that the ticket price was for the toilet, but I was so satisfied with the wonderful space that I wanted to soak in it for a while longer.

I think that anyone who wants to see the gardens of Suzhou will enjoy it. It is a little away from Pingjiang Street, so I was able to see it in a more relaxed manner.
