[Chin] Traveling with three adults and two children, we chose Suzhou Four Seasons again for our summer family trip. For family travel, the two kids had an absolute blast here and didn’t want to leave. All recreational facilities were staffed with ample personnel to ensure order and safety, which is highly commendable.
[Tiptop] Secondly, I highly recommend the Four Seasons Suite at Suzhou Four Seasons. This room type has very few online reviews because there are only three in the entire hotel, occupying prime locations. All views of Jinji Lake can be enjoyed right from the room. The spacious suite features two outdoor balconies, giving the two kids plenty of space to run around and play hide-and-seek without any constraints.

Service: Compared to our last visit, there have been noticeable improvements, reflecting the high standards and quality the Four Seasons brand is known for. The pre-arrival service was impeccable, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm, thoughtful welcome tailored for our group of three adults and two children. Every detail mentioned during pre-arrival was taken care of, including age-appropriate slippers, bathrobes, and amenities for the kids [Awesome][Awesome][Awesome]. Attention to detail was outstanding [Awesome][Awesome][Awesome].
Throughout our stay, the service remained proactive—deliveries were brought directly to our room, and staff addressed me as "Mr. Liu" in all interactions. Here, I’d like to highlight the demeanor and professionalism of the luxury brand’s staff, something I emphasized in my review of Amanyangyun. Suzhou Four Seasons excels in this aspect as well. At checkout, a front desk lady assisted with our luggage to the parking lot. Her polished, confident smile and the way she warmly said, "See you next time" left a lasting impression. Truly outstanding hospitality professionals—kudos to them.

With two bathrooms and two showers, our group of three adults and two children each had their own space. This was the main reason we opted for the Four Seasons Suite over two standard rooms.
In summary: A downtown retreat, exceptional for families. Who would have thought a Four Seasons hotel, already stunning in its own right, would also excel in family-friendly offerings? Suzhou Four Seasons is the complete package—business, leisure, and family travel all in one. Excellent management, top-notch amenities, quality service, beautiful gardens, and modern architecture~ Our experience was flawless.
