It's a pity that you have never been to Suzhou, and you don't know how delicious this city is.

Suzhou City is located in the northernmost part of Anhui Province, also known as Sucheng, Qicheng, Yundu and Fuli. "Strangle the throat of Bian River, serve as the key point between the north and the south, cross Bian River and block the Huai River, and trust the north of the Yangtze River as an important place." It is an important birthplace of Chu-Han culture and Huaihe culture. Su Shi, a writer of the Northern Song Dynasty, wrote in "Nanxiangzi·Suzhou Shangyuan", Suzhou is called "the first state in Huainan"

👉 Play suggestions

1️⃣ It is more convenient to take the train to Suzhou Station. Suzhou East Station is very far from the city.

2️⃣Near Suzhou Station is Guogou Plaza. It is recommended to stay nearby because it is convenient for food, accommodation and transportation.

3️⃣Breakfast🉑Choose Baihuiyuan Street near Guogou. The food is concentrated in Baihuiyuan Street. I highly recommend the popular steamed buns.

4️⃣Suzhou Christian Gospel is relatively small, but it is a relatively rare Forbidden City-style church building in China. Chiang Kai-shek stayed here during his Northern Expedition, and Nobel Prize winner Pearl Buck often came here when she lived in Suzhou.

5️⃣ Jizo Zen Temple and Xuefeng Park are very close. If the season is right, the pond full of lotus flowers will be very beautiful.

6️⃣At noon🉑 go back to China and check out delicious local restaurants like Qijia Noodles and Ming Shaoxia nearby

7️⃣ Go to Nanxiang Yunji and Suzhou Museum in the afternoon. They have rich collections and are highly recommended. ⚠️Note that they are closed on Mondays.

8️⃣ After visiting the museum, I went to Xiguan Street. I was dazzled by all kinds of delicious food. Basically, I can’t miss any store, including the push cart stalls on both sides of the road. They are all delicious.
