St. Mary's Cathedral

St. Mary's Cathedral is one of the must-see landmarks in Sydney. For us Taiwanese, this kind of European Gothic architecture is quite rare. As you approach, you're immediately captivated by its solemn yet intricate design, especially the golden sandstone walls that shimmer under the sunlight—truly spectacular. The stained glass inside is absolutely stunning, with each window depicting a religious story. When the light streams through, the atmosphere feels incredibly sacred. Although it's a religious site, I highly recommend including it in your Sydney itinerary. Not only is it a great spot for photos, but it also offers a deep insight into the local culture and history.
