BAYANI TAPSI: GOOD DEAL BRUNCH IN TAGAYTAY

One of the most favorite breakfasts in Tagaytay is located in crossing Mendez, Tagaytay City near the city market known as Bayani Tapsi. I ordered Tapang Kalabaw (carabao meat jerky) which is sour and salty, and Batchoy Mami which is a noodle soup made with pork, beef loin, round noodles and pork chicharon as toppings.
