The whole town is a work of art: Taichung Rainbow Village

2016 2nd, 5th #Taiwan trip

• The first travel destination I arrived at after leaving Taipei was #Rainbow Village in #Taichung (#台中) ~

• In fact, this was a village that was scheduled to be demolished, but it was reborn as a tourist attraction after an old man who lived there became famous for the paintings he drew on the gray cement walls in primary colors like red.

• It seems like it was well-drawn, or maybe not... Anyway, the charming paintings make the entire neighborhood a work of art and a stage. Maybe that's why I saw people doing personal broadcasts or taking pictures here and there.
