Background
This is a village built for soldiers and families of the Kuomintang who sought refuge in Taiwan. Later, during the demolition, an old soldier named Huang Yung-Fu came out to draw colorful patterns on the walls and walls of the village. The government has therefore designated it as a conservation area and an important tourist attraction in the city.
