Every year for Mitsui's anniversary, my husband takes me shopping and eating. This time, I suddenly had a craving for Hainanese chicken rice, so I chose Jinbaba. Eating rice while looking out at the sea at Taichung Harbor is a unique experience. The fish skin fries are delicious, the sweet fish skin fried perfectly crispy. 😁
