I am here to unpack a B&B again! This time it's the Xi Xing Hotel in Taichung

When I first saw Xi Xing Hotel, I noticed that the overall design was hipster-friendly and had a sense of design. If you want to take beautiful photos or are a hipster, you should love it. Welcome snacks are provided when checking in. I felt welcome before I even checked in, which was a good feeling. ⁣

I particularly like the public space here. The black railings and the small balcony design give it a Nordic feel. It's no problem to spend an entire afternoon here. This time we stayed in a double room in a duplex. Although the space is not large, you can feel the care that the B&B puts into its layout. For example, many of the utensils, such as cups and kettles, are from MUJI. The small space is also fully utilized, with everything that is necessary. ⁣The B&B also provides a Dyson styling set loan service, so you can go out beautifully, so considerate~😆😆

In addition, Xixing Hotel also cooperates with the ZERO ZERO platform. During the stay, unused toothbrushes and combs can be returned to the counter and exchanged for Z coins, which can be exchanged for goods at FamilyMart, which is also a contribution to environmental protection. ♻️🌍

I didn’t plan too many things to do in Taichung this time. I just wanted to relax, so I spent a lot of time wandering around the B&B. I found an art installation on the roof, called “Imaginations Rising with the Wind”🚢, created by students from the Institute of Architecture and Art at Tainan National University of the Arts. They imagined the roof as a port in the sky, a large white ship, moored, entering the port, and then resting. The blue sky behind is its sea, flying with the wind. ⁣🌊

Each room type comes with a free breakfast. The breakfast at the B&B is usually bought from a nearby breakfast shop (pass first🙃). Their breakfast is a brunch platter, which is delicious!

This B&B is not far from many famous attractions, such as #Rainbow Village, #Fengjia Night Market, #Yizhong Street, #Call for the Greenway, etc. It is very convenient🥰🥰
