Tainan Attractions-Anping Dingqing Pier Deyang Ship Park

Located at Anping Harbor behind Yizaijincheng, Anyi Road, Anping District.
The ship was originally a Gearing-class destroyer of the U.S. Army.
On July 31, 1945, the ship was officially named and commissioned by the Boston Naval Shipyard of the United States with the number DD-837 (DD: code name for destroyer Destroyer). It participated in the Korean War and the Vietnam War, and performed well in the Vietnam War.
