• I looked at Google Maps, came out of the alley, walked a little on the main road, and a street lined with restaurants appeared. Among them, I visited a place called #Jipinxiarenfan (#集品蝦仁飯).

• There are many delicious foods in Tainan, but I was personally very curious about this food. After confirming that it was a real local restaurant frequented by many locals, I went inside, sat down, and wrote an order form. Almost immediately, they brought it to me in a bowl. I was hungry, so I quickly took a picture and ate a spoonful of #shrimp rice or #shrimp roe rice. It was really good~

• First of all, the rice itself was cooked in shrimp broth, so every time I chewed a grain of rice, the savory taste of shrimp filled my mouth. There were even a lot of shrimp, so I kept chewing on the chewy shrimp meat.
