A well-known restaurant in Tainan's food map, located on the first floor of the Manhattan Apartment Building on Qingdong Street. During the day, it is the #鹿耳晚晚早餐 which specializes in American-Australian brunch; at night, it transforms into the #鹿耳深夜冰果室 which specializes in desserts.

The spacious and bright floor-to-ceiling windows, decorated with green plants, industrial-style ceilings and white walls, provide particularly warm lighting, and the windows are clean and bright, creating a perfect photo-taking scene for internet beauties. Handmade hamburgers and panini are the two main dishes of Luer Wanwan, which can be upgraded to grand plates for an additional fee. I ordered the #真材实料椒麻鸡burger from Zhao Pai. The hamburger bun was baked soft and had a solid texture. The pepper and sesame chicken was a big piece of chicken. The skin was fried crispy, but the meat was tender. It was paired with the spicy pepper and sesame sauce to enhance the flavor, and the taste was excellent.
