Xinhua Wude Hall is located in the Damujiang Cultural Park in Xinhua City. The exterior structure of the Wude Hall is constructed with black tiles and cypress rain shower boards. The bull's-eye windows on the exterior walls can effectively receive natural light and increase the lighting. In addition, Xinhua Wude Hall also has the only spring wooden floor in Taiwan, which is mainly used to provide a safe protection facility to avoid injuries during judo and kendo sports. The architectural art and craftsmanship that represents Xinhua Wude Hall are composed of three important elements: spring wooden floor, bull's eye windows and cypress rain shower boards. Japan's "Budo" includes traditional martial arts such as Kendo, Judo and Kyudo. In all the Wude Halls in Taiwan, apart from Kendo and Judo displays, Kyudo is rarely seen on display.
