The Barclay Memorial Park is located in the East District of Tainan City, opposite the Tainan Cultural Center. It was named in memory of the British Reverend Barclay. The Buckley Memorial Park, also known as Buckley Park, was originally only 3.3 hectares in size, but after expansion it has expanded to cover an area of ​​9.1 hectares.
