"2024 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Tainan" This lantern festival will be held in Anping District and Tainan High Speed ​​Rail Station. This is the first time that Tainan City has hosted the festival again after 16 years. Today, I brought my whole family to Anping Lantern District to watch the lantern festival. The Anping Lantern District is divided into the "Tainan 400 Years Lantern District", "Qianjiang Water Area Lantern District" and "Landscape Park Lantern District". Different from the iron frames and bamboo lanterns we usually see, these lantern festival works are the painstaking works of some artists. Combined with the scenery on both sides of the canal, when night falls, the colorful lights illuminate the surface of the canal, making it sparkling. Every work along the canal was appreciated and each had its own characteristics. The highlight of the Lantern Festival was the drone show. Before the time was up, many people had already arrived to grab the best viewing spots. As drones continued to change patterns in the sky, cheers from the audience rose and fell until the final fireworks brought the lantern festival to its climax. The tourists also happily ended their 16-year wait for the Taiwan Lantern Festival to be held in Tainan.
