Located next to Tainan Station, Hotel Tainan is Tainan's first star-rated tourist hotel, having been open for over 60 years. While the hotel has a bit of a history, the dining experience is truly exceptional and well worth a visit.
The hotel is extremely conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from Tainan Station, or just across the street, making it perfect for travelers who prefer accommodations near the station!
The breakfast is excellent, featuring many local Tainan specialties such as rice dumplings, milkfish skin soup, beef soup, and steamed buns. Everything is delicious! The rooms are quite traditional, using traditional keys instead of card access. They're quite clean, though the furniture does have a vintage feel. Overall, I highly recommend it. Not only is it conveniently located, the breakfast is delicious, and the price is reasonable on weekdays, it's a great value. 👍
