Tainan Anping Fisherman's Wharf

Tainan Anping Fisherman's Wharf is located beside Anyi Bridge in Anping District and is a significant part of the Anping Port National Historic Scenic Area. The wharf not only hosts numerous yachts but also features a wooden pedestrian boardwalk and a semi-circular wooden viewing platform, providing visitors with a place to relax and enjoy the scenery of the Anping Port area.

Facing west, the wharf is an excellent spot to admire the famous "Anping Sunset" and nighttime views, where the setting sun and the illuminated wharf create a picturesque scene. Currently (from September to October 2025), the "Beware of Snorlax!" event is being held here, showcasing a 12-meter-tall inflatable capybara figure, along with a nighttime light show that adds to the festive atmosphere.

Additionally, visitors can enjoy canal boat tours around the wharf and explore nearby attractions such as Anping Old Street and Anping Fort, making it a romantic and family-friendly destination for weekend leisure.
