| Ganlu Rock Temple is located on the west bank of Jinhu Lake in Taining, Fujian. The temple is built in a natural cave on a cliff, which is over 80 meters high and more than 20 meters wide and deep. It was built in the Southern Song Dynasty and has a history of over 870 years. It is said to have been built by the top scholar Ye Zuqia to fulfill his mother's long-cherished wish. The temple is made of wood and connected by T-shaped arches without a single iron nail. The most ingenious part is that the entire temple is supported by a single fir pillar about 30 meters high and 3.38 meters in circumference, with a unique structure of "a single pillar inserted into the ground, without a single tile," making it a wonder of architecture throughout history.
Since Ganlu Rock Temple can only be reached by boat, the ticket is included in the Jinhu Lake package, which takes about 3.5 hours and covers Ganlu Rock Temple, Xiexian Tian, and Yequyuan.
