Taiwan Taiwanese Cuisine

There are many different kinds of cuisines in Taiwan, but one thing you can't miss is Taiwan's night markets!

When you think of night markets, you think of Taiwan!

Right?

This time, I went to a night market in Taipei, Taiwan, so I'll share it with you.

📍 Ningxia Night Market

📍 103 Ningxia Road, Datong District, Taipei City, Balek King

There are many delicious-looking stalls at Ningxia Night Market, but I had already decided on the store I wanted to go to when I was in Japan!

That is

a restaurant located in the middle of the night market

📍 Fangjia Chicken Rice

This restaurant has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand and has a reputation for being delicious

I actually went there and found out

Delicious❗️

I ordered the signature menu

📍 Chicken Rice (Ji Rou Fan) 50 TWD

📍 Green Onion Egg Roll 50 TWD

※The price seems to be increasing day by day
☞Still, it's about 450 yen for two dishes

The sauce is apparently the deciding factor for Ji Rou Fan

It's a little sweet and delicious!

The amount is not that much

So delicious that I thought I should get a second serving!

The egg roll with green onions is fluffy and delicious

This is a restaurant just as I imagined

Be careful, the queuing places are different for takeout and eating in

It's exceptional to eat in the atmosphere of that night market!
