Taiwan｜Michelin one-star sushi🌟

Omakase has been awarded one Michelin star for four consecutive years
The appetizers made me 60% full before I even got to the sushi🥹
As expected, it is a Michelin restaurant. The ingredients and freshness are perfect.

I am quite afraid of eating abalone, some Japanese restaurants cook it so fishy 🙃
But the abalone here surprised me!
It's very chewy and not fully cooked, not fishy and tastes fresh!

The sushi section is quite good, especially the tuna!
The dessert is their own handmade yogurt with fruit sprinkled with nuts and truffles
The first taste is very special, the more you eat, the more you like it 😂😂
If you are not afraid of the truffle flavor, you will like it very much 😍!
