Qinwei Restaurant is a Shaanxi cuisine restaurant with a desert flavor. It does very good business and is always packed. I was lucky enough to be seated without having to wait. There were many family gatherings that day.

Many of the signature dishes here need to be booked in advance, because if you don't make a reservation on the day, don't expect to be able to taste them. Every dish is rich in flavor and tastes super authentic. It is difficult to find such unique food elsewhere! 🤤🤤

Mutton soup with steamed bun is a dish that requires hands-on effort. You need to tear the steamed bun into small pieces and then add soup and other dishes. The whole process is very interesting. The soup is delicious and the steamed bun is full of soup, which is very delicious. 😋

Lamb skewers are one of the must-order signature dishes. The fragrant cumin seasoning makes the meat tender and delicious. 😍😍
