Hey everyone! Today, I’m excited to share my amazing experience on the second day of my Taiwan trip in Taipei 😎. You absolutely have to visit Chifeng Street, one of Taipei’s most famous artistic neighborhoods. It’s conveniently located between Zhongshan MRT Station and Shuanglian MRT Station—check the last photo for the exact location!
As you wander through Chifeng Street, you’ll find countless charming little shops hidden in every alley. There’s no need to plan a specific route—just explore freely, and you’re bound to stumble upon delightful surprises 🎀. However, some popular eateries can get quite crowded, so be prepared for long lines.
After exploring Chifeng Street, you can head to Taipei Underground Mall. With so many shops, it’s almost impossible to see them all. The Eslite Bookstore there has an amazing vibe, and it’s connected to Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, making it a one-stop destination for shopping and leisure. Nearby art galleries are also worth a visit to immerse yourself in the charm of art.
The milk tea from convenience stores is incredibly delicious and a must-have to quench your thirst 🧋. Don’t miss the CREMIA ice cream in the Taipei Underground Mall—it’s rich and creamy with an authentic milk flavor, living up to its reputation as a beloved Japanese brand 🍦. Also, I found it fascinating to see so many people waiting for the garbage truck to dispose of their trash 🚮.
If you’re traveling to Taiwan, Chifeng Street in Taipei is definitely a must-visit spot. Don’t miss out—save this for your trip planning!
